RETURN POLICY
LOLLIPOPS DESIGNER BINDINGS does not take custom orders for Lollipops® but we
will consider a fabric pattern if you request it. No returns or refunds will be
accepted except for defective merchandise. We are happy to send fabric
swatches. If you would like to receive fabric swatches before placing your
order, you may give us a call at 904-321-0559 or E-mail us your name,mailing address, including zip code, and your swatch
requests. In case of defective merchandise, please call 1-904-321-0559 or
e-mail sales@popsbindings.com within 10 days of receiving your merchandise. No refunds will be made after 10
days.
SHIPPING POLICY
LOLLIPOPS DESIGNER BINDINGS emphasizes quality products and customer
satisfaction. With this goal in mind, shipping procedures have been designed to
give customers the best value and maximum expediency in turn around. Orders are
shipped through USPS Priority Mail and are based on the weight of the products
ordered plus insurance and handling fees. These rates are calculated automatically but are typically within the following
rate structure and include shipping, handling, and insurance.
$0 to $50 - $4.05 shipping
$50 to $100 - $6.05 shipping
$100 to $200 - $8.10 shipping
$200 and up - $16.10 shipping
*No sales tax on out-of-state orders.
Residents ofwill be charged sales tax

Priority orders and merchandise shipped outside of themust be rated on an individual basis. We will e-mail you with your total
including shipping on all priority and out of country orders.

the option of submitting your order online and calling in your credit card
information. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am
to 6:00 pm EST and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Our secured voice
mail may be reached anytime. We accept Visa & MasterCard.

information on our voice mail, include your Name, Billing Address including the
zip code (only if different from the mailing address on the web order form), CC
# and expiration date. We will run the
order through within 24 hours.
